Position: Senior Associate

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 2 Years. Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Business Valuation / Valuation Advisory

- Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)

- Statutory Audit

- Management Audit

- Financial Due Diligence

- Consulting assignments

Key Responsibilities:

- Business & Equity Valuation assignments

- Financial Modelling

- Transaction Advisory engagements

- Due Diligence support

- Management Audit assignments

- Financial analysis and research

- Preparation of client reports and presentations

- Interaction with clients and project teams

Desired Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts

- Excellent communication and report writing skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
