Purpose of the position: To ensure closure of budgeted manpower requirements as per Talent Acquisition process with smooth Onboarding & Induction of the new hires. Roles and Responsibility: - Understanding entire value chain of FMCG business and proactively identify, prioritize and address hiring needs. - Defining TA Framework and Educating hiring managers about helping them to prepare job descriptions basis Behavioral & Technical competencies. - Establish a strong employer brand as well as with University/Management school. - Managing entire TA process and plan for enabling the same on technology platform. - Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. - Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates. - Ensure and improve overall candidate experience and measure effectiveness. - Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs. - Ensure proper onboarding and induction for new hires as well as measuring effectiveness of on-boarding process. Ideal Candidate: - Should have worked extensively in Talent Acquisition, that also in Manufacturing. - Candidates from FMCG sector shall be preferred. - Candidates working with consultancies at senior level with expertise in handling manufacturing clients can also apply.
