Work Days: 6 Days in a week
Job Description:
- Marketing & Communication Strategy: Conceptualize and implement the strategy of best-in-class Marketing forCompany with an objective to improve its brand visibility.
- Marketing Project Planning: Ensuring that marketing initiatives and activities are properly planned and structured to ensure their coherency, and the best quality and performance from all team members and internal as well as external stakeholders involved.
- Process Management: Building optimized SOPs and implementing them to ensure successful collaboration and efficient team work across the teams.
- Technology Management: Responsible for managing the technical aspects of our marketing tech stack and ensuring its interoperability.
- Data and Performance Analysis: Responsible for ensuring the production and quality of monthly dashboards across the marketing function and the tracking of KPIs to assess the effectiveness and performance of our marketing initiatives. Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights on all ongoing marketing activities.
- Communication and Branding across all customer touch points, including internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Track and reconcile spend, ensure optimal utilization of the marketing budget.
Key Skills:
- Create and execute Marketing strategy and communication to support the development and growth of business.
- Develop clear and compelling brand and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and recognition for Company, in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Develop and refine a comprehensive lead generation strategy for Construction Materials business.
- Plan, oversee and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional and social media.
- Develop reliable and cost-efficient network of agencies and partners as well as optimize and track the marketing and communication budget in line with the organization plan.
- Manage various marketing and creative agencies.
Requisite Qualification:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experiences majorly in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in (but not limited to) Lead/Demand Generation, Data Analytics, Social Media, Branding & Communications, Consumer Behaviour.
- Post Graduate or Graduate degree, MBA with specialization in Marketing.
Requisite Experience:
- Range 15 - 20 Years of experience
- Experience in digital marketing including social media management is must.
- Must be proficient in MS Office. Have an affinity with technology and strong in using technology for marketing activities.
- Previous marketing / sales experience in product marketing
Special Skills Required Essential:
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to make business presentations
