AGM - Investment & Wealth Management - Leading Real Estate Company at Mumbai Designation : AGM - FINANCE (INVESTMENT & WEALTH MANAGEMENT) QUALIFICATIONS : CA / CFA / MBA Finance EXPERIENCE : 5 - 8 years of experience in investment and wealth management Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with either: (i) a SEBI-registered mutual fund, AIF, portfolio manager, merchant banker, stockbroker or wealth manager (including a bank with wealth management services), or (ii) a foreign fund, portfolio manager, merchant banker, broker or wealth manager (including a bank with wealth management services). KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understanding the investment requirements and deploying the capital in Shares, Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds for capital gains. - Evaluate feasibility of potential investments and managing the wealth portfolio across all asset classes. - Constantly keeping a tab on the financial markets by conducting research and analyze company & fund performance. - Dealing with Accounts, Finance and Direct Tax matters for Investment Advisory entity. - Monitoring Finance & Accounts Function for Family Office including Wealth Management and Tax Planning. - MIS & Management Reports Analytics - Group Holdings, Investments, Capital Allocation Transaction Evaluations. - Will oversee all family assets, including investment accounts, properties, trusts and other interests - Onshore and Offshore. KEY SKILLS: - Sound knowledge of Company Law, RBI and SEBI Guidelines. - Should be well versed with the legalities of the transactions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to deal with the Promoters / Directors / Top Management
