The fund counts among its investors several UHNIs and a blue chip global bank. Their offices are in Delhi, Mumbai and Singapore.  - Client is seeking a Taxation professional preferably from real estate sector who has handled lease rentals and its taxation management.  Key Responsibility Areas :  - Handle Taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, Service Tax, TDS, WCT & VAT  - TDS return filing as well as filing rectification of TDS, Online correction of TDS  - Preparing and Maintaining Cenvat registers for ServiceTax/VAT  - Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly VAT/CST workings and make online payments for the same  - To ensure that the returns are timely filed  - Computation of tax and deferred tax provision for quarter and year end accounts  - To ensure that the tax assessments requirements are met  - To ensure that the records and documentation are kept properly in safe custody  - To ensure receipt of TDS refund on timely basis  - Ensure statutory compliance for VAT  - Handling statutory auditors on tax related issues  - Represent company in matters related to taxation at statutory bodies  Ideal Candidate Attributes :  - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in handling Service Tax in real estate  - Should have good communication skills  - Should be a commerce graduate preferably with an advanced qualification in Accounting  - Should be capable of independently managing the function with minimal supervision  Compensation : Best in the industry
