AGM/GM/Associate Director/Director/Senior Director - Capital Market & Land Acquisition

Key Responsibility:

- Generate Revenue by Sourcing and Closing Land Disposition Transactions in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurgaon

- Candidate will be expected to work across the spectrum of land monetization structures and capital raising transactions for developers

- Securing Land Disposition and Capital Raising Mandates

- Handling the entire transaction process with the support of the Mumbai Capital Markets Team

- Generating and managing Land, Developers and Financial Institutions' Database and options

- Ensure individual revenue budget is met.

Experience:

- 8+ years experience.

- Expertise and track record in Land and Capital Raising Transactions for developers

- In-depth understanding of local Development Control Regulations and products like Construction Finance, Structured Finance, Refinance in the Real Estate space

- Understanding of land stock in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurgaon

- Carries strong relationships in the Real Estate sector Tier 2/tier 3 developers

- Relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders

- Ability to bring and execute business

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualification:

- Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or CA or CFA from Good College & Academics
