AGM - Finance - Real Estate

Job Description:

NOTE: Candidates from Real Estate background will be preferred.

1. Financial Planning, MIS & Group Consolidation: Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, management reporting, and group-level financial consolidation to support business performance, strategic decision-making, and leadership reviews.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, monthly closures, financial statements, and project-wise financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

3. Treasury Management, Funding & Lender Relations: Manage treasury operations, working capital, fund utilization, project financing, and banking relationships. Coordinate with lenders, financial institutions, and investors to support funding requirements, compliance, and debt servicing obligations.

4. Collections, Cost Control & Profitability Management: Track customer collections, receivables, project costs, vendor payments, and profitability to ensure financial discipline, liquidity management, and optimal resource utilization across projects.

5. Audit, Internal Controls & Risk Management: Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to manage audit cycles, resolve observations, and embed a risk-aware culture across finance functions.

6. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and real estate-specific provisions across all entities while handling assessments, regulatory filings, and ledger finalization in line with applicable accounting standards.

7. RERA Compliance & Legal Coordination: Oversee RERA-mandated financial disclosures, designated account compliance, and project-wise reporting across registered projects. Support legal and business development teams on transaction structuring, JDA financials, land acquisitions, and investor due diligence.
