Role Summary : The Profile will be responsible for all activities within the HR function related to performance management and employee benefits and compliance, including but not limited to managing performance management system, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee welfare, employee rewards and incentives. The role may require some travel to locations where we are located. 2. Key Responsibilities : The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Performance Management - Design and implement an objective KRA based performance management system - Implement required IT tools / systems for management of performance management system across the organization - Liase with regional HR to conduct performance appraisal during review periods - Compensation, Rewards, Benefits and Incentives - Develop a competitive compensation policy, rewards, and incentives policy to attract the best talents. - Implement a system of financial and non-financial incentives to motivate employees - Payroll management & Statutory Compliance - Ensure compliance with all statutory policies, rules and regulations pertaining to employees - Assimilate and maintain company-wide payroll related information - On-time and accurate payout of compensation and benefits to employees 3. Desired Competencies : To perform this job successfully, following competencies are critical : - Experience of handling employee benefits and relations related roles in a large organization - ~5000 employees - Understanding and passion for management of employee benefits. - Strong managerial and inter-personal skills - Strong judgement - Defining and implementing the right metrics at each level of the organization for the performance appraisal - Strategic thinking - Understanding the pulse of the organization to develop a comprehensive and innovative set of benefits and welfare oriented policies - Strong analytics- Assess the benefits of different incentives and maintain the trade-off between cost and increased benefits - Ability to visualize and implement standard operating procedures - Formulate guidelines for every step of process, retain required documentation and implement standardized procedures - Written and verbal communication skills 4. Candidates' Profile : - Education: MBA or equivalent - Experience: Seven or more years relevant experience, preferably in a reputed blue chip company in the human resource function. Experience in service industry preferred. - Age: 35-40 years - Job may require travel to all locations where the orgn is/plans to be present 5.
