Client- Largest Private Sector Bank  Cash Management Services/Payment Solutions- Business and Product Lead position  This role will be a part of the wholesale banking group and will report to the Business head of Cash Management Services of the Bank.  It is a National Role and prime objective will be to guide the team spread across geographies to achieve business targets for the entire suite of products under CMS and other payment solutions.  Responsibilities included:  - Ensuring product profitability, benchmarking, market coverage, regulatory compliance, liaison with IT, Risk, Compliance and Operations.   - Own business targets and maintaining overall product profitability  - New product development and rollouts- Managing Vendors and operations teams involved in migration  - Budgeting, MIS, Pricing approvals, Biz. Support  - Process re-engineering and Implementation  - Formulating Operational budgets  - Resource planning for the department  - Regular market assessment and benchmarking with best practices  - Keeping updated on Technology /new systems available/RBI regulations.  Desired Candidate should have exposure to leading large teams and should have relevant exposure in CMS/ corporate payment solutions.  purba@peoplekonnect.co.in
