Manager - Innovation & Solutions/Digital Transformation

Description:

- Collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Transformation Officer and the technical team to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, and other new-age technologies.

- Participate in the entire lifecycle of solution development, from ideation and conceptualization to design, prototyping, and implementation.

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand emerging technology trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.

- Contribute to the development of Agivant's intellectual property (IP) and solution accelerators.

- Assist in the creation of compelling value propositions, presentations, and other materials to communicate the benefits of new solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

- Work with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.

- Support the CDTO in strategic initiatives related to digital transformation and innovation.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) from a Tier 1 institution.

- MBA degree from a Tier 1 business school.

- A strong passion for technology, particularly in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new-age IT solutions.

- Demonstrated understanding of the evolving Indian IT services landscape and the impact of AI disruption.

- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in areas such as technology consulting, product development, or solution architecture.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- A proactive and self-driven attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.

- Intellectual horsepower and a proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts.
