Role Overview.

Agivant is seeking a high-impact Marketing Lead to own our brand narrative and growth engines.

You will be the focal point connecting leadership, internal teams, and external agencies to build a formidable brand presence.

This is a role for a builder who can seamlessly bridge internal culture with external market dominance, specifically targeting top-tier clients in the US geography.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & "New Age" Content Strategy:

- Own end-to-end brand identity and storytelling.

- Drive modern content strategies beyond blogs: lead the production of podcasts, video series, and interactive media.

- Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure visual excellence across all touchpoints.

US Client Campaigns & Demand Gen:

- Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients in the US.

- Create client-facing assets (newsletters, case study videos, personalized decks) that support sales and account growth.

- Align marketing efforts with US market trends to drive brand recall among top-tier prospects.

Internal Communications & Culture:

- Act as the strategic partner to HR, IT, and Leadership to unify internal messaging.

- Lead internal comms to ensure employees are aligned, engaged, and equipped to be brand ambassadors.

Stakeholder & Agency Management:

- Serve as the central hub for all marketing stakeholders.

- Manage external agencies (PR, Creative, Digital) to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements:

What We Look For:

- Experience: 7+ years in Marketing within the IT Services/B2B Tech space, with specific exposure to the US market.

- Skillset: Strong grasp of digital content (Video/Audio production), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Campaign Management.

- Personality: A self-starter with excellent diplomatic skills to navigate between technical, creative, and executive teams.

- Drive: A proven track record of building brands, not just managing them.
