- We are looking for a visionary and results-driven leader to manage and grow multiple key accounts.

- This is a critical, single-instance global role assigned to an account, but you will manage a portfolio of accounts for technical delivery and solution responsibility.

Role Summary:

- As the Engineering Director (ED), you will be the single point of accountability for all aspects of project delivery, client relationship management, account growth, and team leadership across your assigned accounts.

- You will ensure Delivery Hygiene (quality, timeliness, budget), drive Revenue Growth & Gross Margins, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- All delivery team members on your accounts will report directly to you.

Key Goals:

- Ensure impeccable Delivery Hygiene across all projects (Timeliness, Quality, Budget, Scoping).

- Drive Revenue Growth & Gross Margins for assigned accounts.

- Optimize Efficiency through pyramid alignment, skills management, and responsiveness.

- Achieve high PMO Compliance in metrics, reviews, and operational processes.

- Lead Architecture/Design Reviews and provide expert Mentoring and Coaching to your teams.

Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth

- Develop deep, consultative relationships with key business and technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to the customer.

- Engage client stakeholders at all levels, from technicians to executives, effectively presenting complex digital and AI-driven solutions.

- Proactively identify new opportunities within the customer base and provide crucial technical and sales support during the entire sales cycle (including RFPs, proposal creation, and solutioning).

- Conduct formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients.

Project Delivery Excellence:

- Serve as the first level of escalation beyond the Project Manager for all delivery activities.

- Manage a portfolio of projects, guaranteeing they deliver the expected value/ROI concerning quality, budget, and timelines.

- Lead project teams in issue resolution, escalating effectively and negotiating win/win agreements.

- Conduct regular delivery and financial reviews to mitigate cost/schedule over-runs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Champion and implement Best Practices across all managed accounts.

Operations & Financial Control:

- Manage and forecast billable utilization for the account.

- Ensure stringent PMO compliance (Allocations, Actuals, Forecasts, and plugging revenue leakage).

- Review all invoices before client submission.

- Oversee daily delivery team activities, providing guidance and direction.

- Anchor the Proposal preparation process in collaboration with the Solutions team.

People Leadership & Fulfillment:

- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of TPMs, STPMs, Engineers, and Architects.

- Coordinate resource allocation, workload assignments, and performance management.

- Lead the Hiring and Fulfillment process for the accounts in collaboration with the Talent Management Group.

- Drive Knowledge and Skills Enhancement (including cross-skilling) to build future-ready, AI-fluent teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12 to 15 years of experience in similar leadership role, graduation/ post graduation in computer science/ engineering.

- Proven track record in managing a portfolio of IT services accounts, preferably for US clients.

- Exceptional expertise in digital engineering, with a strong understanding of AI-first solutions and cloud technologies.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, optimizing Gross Margins, and ensuring delivery excellence.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing senior technical teams.

- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation abilities
