Our client, a global consulting firm, is embarking on a strategic initiative to drive the adoption and operationalization of a new-age digital product. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a high-caliber consultant with a background in agile product delivery and experience within top-tier consulting environments. The consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring structured and value-driven execution of the digital initiative. They will serve as the central PMO/Scrum Master, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, driving key product milestones, and unlocking value across stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Agile PMO/Scrum Master, managing agile delivery for the digital product initiative - Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment across product, tech, and business teams - Drive product adoption and operationalization through structured implementation plans and stakeholder engagement - Track and report progress across initiatives, proactively identifying and addressing delivery bottlenecks - Influence decision-making by providing insights on delivery cadence, resourcing, and value realization - Partner with senior leadership to communicate updates, manage risk, and ensure delivery on strategic objectives Your Background: - 45 years of experience in digital product management, agile delivery, or PMO roles. - Prior experience in a consulting setup (e.g., former Manager/Senior Associate at a leading consulting firm) is highly preferred - Proven track record of managing digital product initiatives in agile environments - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills - Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc - Experience in driving business value realization and operational rollout of digital solutions The project is expected to start immediately and will be based in Gurgaon. This is a 12-month, full-time engagement with potential for extension based on project evolution and performance.
