Job Title: Claims Process Analyst.

Location: Hyderabad.

Department: Claims Operations.

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Claims Process Analyst to join our Life Insurance Claims team.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing policy and underwriting documents, understanding compliance and legal aspects of claims, and communicating effectively with customers.

- Familiarity with Lifecom and/or FAST administration systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review life insurance policy documents to identify beneficiaries, loans, collateral assignments, and other features that may impact claim payments.

- Analyze underwriting documentation, particularly for contestable claims, to assess validity and compliance.

- Utilize Lifecom and/or FAST administration systems for claim review and processing.

- Apply knowledge of life claim laws and compliance, including divorce rules, community property regulations, and other jurisdictional requirements.

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and resolution timelines.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim adjudication.

- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience in life insurance claims processing or analysis.

- Working knowledge of Lifecom and/or FAST systems.

- Understanding of legal and compliance aspects of life insurance claims.

- Strong analytical and documentation review skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with contestable claim review.

- Familiarity with state-specific life insurance regulations.

- Background in customer service or client-facing roles.
