Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Agentic Process Architect who can design, optimize, and automate business processes using modern automation frameworks and agentic AI technologies. The role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, intelligent process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and redesign business processes for efficiency and automation

- Develop process models using BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools

- Implement automation solutions using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code platforms

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions using tools such as:

- Microsoft Copilot

- Azure AI Studio

- OpenAI Assistants API

- LangChain

- Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture

- Ensure scalability, governance, and performance of automated workflows

- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in:

- Business Process Engineering

- Process Automation / Digital Transformation

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart

- RPA tools

- AI/ML-driven automation

- No-code / Low-code platforms

- Practical experience in agentic AI architectures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence

- Exposure to enterprise-scale automation projects

- Experience working with cross-functional business and tech teams
