Job Description:
The Agency Manager at Company will oversee the coordination and management of external agencies within the digital marketing division. This role involves ensuring effective external/ internal collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence.
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication channels.
- Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and internal departments, ensuring alignment with Company's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to agencies in the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to Company's target audience and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency-managed campaigns, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agency activities with broader organizational objectives and ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within allocated resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, providing recommendations for innovative strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Proven experience in managing relationships with external agencies and coordinating digital marketing campaigns within a corporate environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management capabilities, with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within established timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency management, or related roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing certifications) would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a large company.
