Role Description:
- The Chief Relationship Manager for the Maturity Vertical will focus on customer retention and developing new business opportunities for Federal Bank's maturity customers.
- Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- The role involves designing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and customer retention objectives.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Qualification:
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on retention and upselling.
- Proven expertise in business development and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for devising and executing strategies.
- Proficiency in financial product knowledge and insurance policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
