What You'll Be Doing:

1. Build the distribution network:

- Establish and manage multi-channel distribution - retail outlets, dealer and installer network, corporate and C&I direct, and institutional accounts.

- Grow the installer and dealer base; design volume-linked rebate and credit programmers.

- Set the pricing architecture across channels and keep them from competing.

2. Coordinate procurement and supply chain:

- Lead Tier-1 OEM relationships across PV modules, inverters and BESS - distributor agreements, pricing tiers, credit terms and rebates.

- Coordinate to run central warehousing and hub-and-spoke replenishment to the network.

3. Launch and run retail:

- Open outlets with integrated experience centers; own store economics, footfall conversion and after-sales service.

4. Build the organization and own performance:

- Recruit, structure and lead the team across zonal, state and outlet management.

- Carry full P&L accountability - revenue, margin, working capital and inventory discipline.

What We Need to See:

- A distribution business you have built or scaled - not just managed. Evidence of taking a solar trading or distribution operation from early stage to scale.

- Direct commercial depth across PV modules, inverters and BESS.

- A dealer or installer network you have developed - recruitment, certification, credit and loyalty programs.

- Leadership in a comparable high-growth market like India. Nigeria experience is a strong advantage.

- Greenfield or start-up experience within a larger group - comfortable building structure where none exists.
