African Industries Group - Commercial Head - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with strategic goals.

- Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimizing financial performance.

- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements using data insights.

- Support the CEO on feasibility studies and financial analyses for projects.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate data insights and trends.

- Identify opportunities in Nigeria's power sector and optimize resources.

- Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance with financial standards.

- Develop risk management strategies and ensure operational controls.

- Support mergers & acquisitions through due diligence and transaction structuring.

- Maintain investor relations and communicate financial performance effectively.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 15+ years' experience Commercial role in Power ( IPP) preferred with experience in Business analysis

- CFA/MBA preferred; Africa experience is an advantage.

- Strong Commercial, financial, communication, and negotiation skills.
