CFO-Long-term Finance
Role Overview
We are hiring a senior leader for Long-Term Finance, responsible for driving long-term financial planning, project financing, capital structuring, debt syndication, refinancing, and institutional/banking relationships across the Group. The role ensures optimal capital allocation and supports fund-raising for major CAPEX and expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead long-term financial planning, capital structuring, and financial modelling.
- Drive project financing and fund-raising for CAPEX and expansion initiatives.
- Manage debt syndication, refinancing, and long-term loan structuring.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, DFIs, and financial institutions.
- Oversee covenant compliance, governance, and long-term financial risk management.
- Ensure effective capital allocation and monitor financial performance of projects.
- Strengthen systems, MIS, and process automation within long-term finance.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA with 18+ years in Long-Term Finance, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
- Strong experience in project financing, debt syndication, and fund-raising for CAPEX-heavy industries.
- Proven ability to manage institutional relationships and complex financing structures.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, mining, power, or industrial sectors preferred.
