Role Title: State Head

Preferred:
1) Familiarity With Metro and Tier 1 Cities Is Essential.
2) Proficiency In Distributor Management, Including Both Overseeing Existing Distributors and
Successfully Onboarding New Ones
3) Prior Consumer Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Retail, Banking, FMCD, And
Paints/Cements Sectors.
4) Recruit, Train, And Oversee Sales, Business Development (BD), Human Resources (HR), And Training Teams.
5) Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Eligibility:
1. Post Graduate / Master's degree (Preferred) in Marketing/Sales/Business or similar.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Role:
Drive Sales:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for AffordPlan.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AffordPlan's customer base and market share.
Onboard Hospitals / Business Expansion:
- Lead efforts to onboard new hospitals onto the AffordPlan platform, leveraging persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and diversify revenue streams
Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Hospitals:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Planning and Review /Sales Operations:
- Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
Responsible for Zone P&L:
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or challenges.
Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps:
- Organize and facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase AffordPlan's offerings and engage with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption of AffordPlan.

Our product Swasth enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills. We work with 100+ hospitals across the country and are present in 32 cities. A funded start-up, Affordplan aims to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count. In addition to our current offering, we are also expanding into Supply Chain management of the hospitals via our SCM Platform, which will not only help hospitals attain overall profitability but also optimize their internal operations.
