Role Title : Business Development Manager (B2B) (Individual Contributor)
Department : Sales /Business Development
Preferred :
1) Experience in Key account management /Institutional sales/ Distributor management preferred.
2) Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, should be comfortable representing Affordplan at key networking events and in front of Hospital CXOs
3) Enthusiasm for Affordplan mission and business model, and respect for the organization's core values: Customer First, Affordable, Reliable, Transparent, Quality
Eligibility:
1. Post Graduate / Master's degree (Preferred) in Marketing /Sales/Business development or similar.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Languages: English, Hindi
Role:
1) Increase Affordplan footprint by partnering with key hospitals in the region based on AOP and promoting Affordplan services to them.
2) Develop and manage business relationships with prospective clients through regular walk-ins, calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach.
3) Empaneling key Corporates for Corporate/employee health card.
4) Working with stakeholders internal and external to enhance Affordplan-hospital relations.
