
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both technical (software developers, engineers, IT roles) and non-technical positions (sales, marketing, operations, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate timely feedback and decision-making.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases accurately.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, handling both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets to effectively screen and assess candidates.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for startups, IT companies, or large enterprises.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
