- We are seeking an outstanding, data-driven Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our new, high-impact Growth team.
- This team is dedicated to developing and executing advanced growth strategies that enable global mobile companies to achieve their marketing objectives.
- This role is highly autonomous, focused on delivering outstanding results by leveraging Jampps proprietary technology and iterating through rigorous A/B experimentation across key components like audiences, creatives, and optimization models.
- The successful candidate will work side-by-side with our Revenue team, acting as the operational expert who translates business goals into flawless campaign execution and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities & Campaign Leadership:
Execution & Optimization:
- Campaign Ownership: Be directly responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of complex mobile marketing campaigns utilizing Jampps wealth of Machine Learning (ML) programmatic tools.
- Performance Strategy: Implement strategies focusing on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) optimization to maximize customer value and drive incremental growth.
Strategic Partnership & Growth:
- Customer Alignment: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and goals, ensuring all Jampp campaigns are strategically aligned.
- Retention & Growth: Design and implement joint strategies with the CSM to maximize customer retention and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Communication: Provide the CSM with regular, clear feedback on campaign performance, highlighting key actionables and insights for seamless customer communication.
Data Analysis & Troubleshooting:
- Actionable Data Insights: Extract and manipulate campaign data to create precise, actionable recommendations for business decisions.
This analysis includes, but is not limited to, publishers, creatives, verticals, and internal workflow optimization.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Handle level-1 technical troubleshooting (e.g., tracking issues, supply connectivity problems) and collaborate cross-functionally with revenue and technical teams to ensure proper campaign management outcomes.
- Autonomy: This team values initiative; the expectation is to proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive those changes independently.
Required Qualifications & Profile:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing; running mobile/performance campaigns is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Optimization Expertise: Proven experience in CPA and ROAS optimization within programmatic or performance marketing environments.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical background is mandatory; comfortable with data extraction and manipulation using tools like Excel.
- Mindset: An ambitious self-starter who embraces continuous learning, enjoys complex challenges, and possesses a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Professional Skills: Outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Language: An advanced level of English is required for global collaboration.
