Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Ad Tech clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Understand clients' business goals and advertising needs to provide tailored solutions using programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and other Ad Tech tools.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize client results.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to address client requirements and resolve any issues.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present performance reports to clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of any escalations or challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the Ad Tech landscape to advise clients effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role within the Ad Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, and digital marketing technologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign metrics and deriving insights.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google Marketing Platform, AppNexus, or similar.
- Familiarity with digital advertising analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of customer success software and CRM systems
