Key Responsibilities : HR Business Partnering : - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives. - Act as an advisor on HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure a high-performance culture. - Drive change management initiatives and employee communication strategies.
