Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and technology partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closure.
- Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to track performance and forecast future sales.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), data management platforms (DMP), and related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Ad Tech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, or similar.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and analytics tools
