Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for technical roles, from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Actively source passive and active candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, databases) and conduct thorough technical screenings to assess skills and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, understand specific technical needs, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent landscapes, and best practices in technical recruiting to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

- Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting.
- Strong Hiring skills with a track record of successful placements in technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in overall recruiting and talent acquisition.
