Aezion - Senior Finance Manager

Role Objective:

- The Finance Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of accounting operations, statutory and tax compliances, payroll administration, receivables, payables, banking operations, and internal financial reporting.

- The role ensures that the Companys financial records are accurate, compliant, audit-ready, and capable of supporting timely management and board-level decision-making.

- While strategic direction and final approvals rest with the CFO, this position carries full operational ownership of the finance function.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, and compliances.

- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred; strong hands-on operational experience is essential.

- Prior experience in Information Technology, SaaS, IT Enabled, or services organization preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and labor laws.

- Experience in handling audits and regulatory interactions.
