Job Title: Sales Manager
Experience Required: 35 years in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Fintech
Job Locations: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Raipur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ludhiana, Agra, Delhi, Rohtak
Joining Requirement: Candidates who can join within 1 month preferred
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Acquire new merchants under Hospitality and related segments.
- Source terminals through bank-led models by engaging with local branches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Promote online, recurring payment solutions, and BBPS services to merchants.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update leadership on progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective onboarding and service support.
Core Skills & Requirements:
- MBA and bachelors in sales and marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
- Mandatory experience in selling POS, IPG, and VAS products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of merchant onboarding processes and digital payment products
