Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Domestic Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in the domestic market.
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and potential market segments.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on understanding their requirements and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare accurate and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor integrated sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment of messaging and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in domestic sales and marketing roles.
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy and Sales Operations management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Market Research and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability in Client Relationship Building and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a significant plus.
- Experience working with OEM clients or within the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Paint industry will be an added benefit.
