What You'll Own and Be Responsible For:

- Lifecycle Marketing & GTM Operations: Stand up, own, and optimize all aspects of our marketing automation platform (e.g., email nurture programs, drip campaigns, and lead-scoring models).

- Digital Retargeting: Manage and optimize digital retargeting efforts to re-engage prospects and drive conversions.

- Database Management: Own the health of our contact database, including data enrichment, segmentation, and hygiene cycles to ensure data quality and accuracy.

- Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

- Systems & Integrations: Oversee the integrity of our marketing technology stack. This includes managing API and data integrations between our CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, and advertising platforms.

- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) like customer acquisition cost (CAC), channel efficiency, and campaign ROI.

Measurable Goals:

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

- Increase the MQL - SQL conversion rate through continuous nurture and retargeting improvements.

- Generate new pipeline each quarter from nurture and retargeting efforts (sourced and influenced).

- Maintain exceptional email deliverability, with a target of - 95% inbox deliverability and a < 1% hard-bounce rate.

- Reduce data duplication and stale records by at least 40% through quarterly hygiene cycles.

Who You'll Work With:

This is a highly collaborative role. You will work hand-in-hand with key teams across the organization, including:

- Outbound & Sales: Align on lead hand-off processes and lead scoring logic.

- Product Marketing: Partner on campaign execution and audience segmentation.

- RevOps: Collaborate on multi-touch attribution model design and upkeep.

- Legal / Security: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to privacy and compliance standards.

- Data / BI: Partner on data integrity and reporting frameworks.
