Growth Marketer
Responsibilities:
- Own Aerchains analyst and partnerled growth engine from relationship strategy to training to comarketing execution turning third party influence into qualified pipeline.
- Appear in any leading recommendation chart.
Measurable goals:
- Generate % of netnew pipeline each quarter from analyst and partner channels (SQL value & count).
- Launch and optimise analyst / partner campaigns, to improve conversion.
- Collaborates with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, AEs to figure out the messaging, ICPs, pitch, training collaterals, MQL growth, etc.
Key ownership areas:
- Develop and execute analyst briefing and briefing followup plan.
- Build joint GTM playbooks and campaigns with ISVs, SIs, and channel partners.
- Build a partnership program for different market segments.
- Run training kits, and onboarding kits: messaging, sales decks, personas, positioning guides, pitch enablement, etc.
- Build relationships with analysts.
- Maintain analyst & partner pipeline dashboards with RevOps.
- Identify and prioritize partners by type (tech, channel, SIs) based on ICP overlap, market access, and influence potential.
- Define tiers (gold/silver/etc.), co-marketing benefits, referral programs, training workshops, incentives, and lead-sharing structure.
