Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our on-site team. In this office-based role, you will work closely with our in-house design, copywriting, and marketing teams to build our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for capturing live content around the office, coordinating real-time marketing campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all active channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily on-site content capture, including behind-the-scenes videos, team highlights, and real-time event coverage at company locations.

- Collaborate face-to-face with graphic designers, videographers, and product marketers during weekly planning sessions.

- Manage and maintain a structured social media content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Write engaging, platform-optimized copywriting and schedule posts using internal marketing software.

- Monitor audience engagement, reply to comments and direct messages, and build positive community interaction.

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to prepare analytical reports and pitch growth strategies to leadership.

- Keep up with platform algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.

- Strong capability to commute and work from the designated office location five days a week.

- Proficiency in smartphone content creation, mobile video editing, and basic graphic design utilities like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and grammar.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting trends.
