Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and training of new employees. - Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. - Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs. - Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build relationships with employees and managers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with HR software such as Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
