About the Role:

Aelea Commodities Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, manage import/export processes, coordinate domestic shipments, and ensure smooth cargo movement across India. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills, with hands-on experience in third-party logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all Import & Export logistics, including documentation, customs filing, and coordination with CHA.

- Handle domestic trade shipments-truck booking, loading, delivery tracking, and payment follow-ups.

- Ensure timely truck placement for cargo and machinery across multiple locations in India.

- Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics partners such as VRL Logistics and others.

- Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatches and loadings to ensure on-time delivery.

- Manage documentation and registration processes across various vendor and government portals.

- Optimize vehicle allocation and utilization at the factory to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics operations.

- Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

- Strong skills in coordination, documentation, and shipment tracking.

- Knowledge of import/export procedures, CHA coordination, and compliance processes is a plus.
