JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide strategic direction and executive leadership across all phases of the terminal project.
- Develop and execute long-term plans aligned with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals.
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, design, procurement, and construction of oil and gas terminal facilities as per the Management directives.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, HSSE, finance, and legal.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and control the project budget; ensure robust cost management and value engineering.
- Secure project financing in coordination with finance teams and potential investors.
- Report project progress, financial health, and risks to the Board.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison with government bodies, local communities, international partners, and contractors.
- Negotiate key commercial contracts (EPC, O&M, JV agreements etc)
- Manage public relations and community engagement to build positive project reputation.
Operations Interface:
- Ensure seamless transition from project phase to operations and asset management.
- Collaborate with operations teams to integrate operational requirements during design and commissioning stages.
