Advisor/Team Leader - Wealth Management - PCG

Job Title: Team Leader - PCG (HNI Advisory + Team Handling)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

CTC: - 15 LPA - 35 LPA (Based on Experience & Team Size)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 Years in Trading, Dealing, or HNI Advisory

Candidates with team handling experience preferred

Should be able to bring a team of 8-10 members

Job Overview:

We are hiring a playing-captain profile for the Private Client Group (PCG) vertical. As a Team Leader, you will manage a small team of advisors while actively handling your own HNI/UHNI clients. This is a dual-role profile involving both individual contribution and team leadership in the equity & derivatives markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle equity trading, order punching, and execution for HNI/UHNI clients

- Acquire, manage & retain high-value clients through personalized advisory

- Guide your team to meet revenue, client activation & service targets

- Mentor and lead a team of 4-5 Equity Advisors

- Drive cross-selling of mutual funds, PMS, and other financial products

- Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent communication and market insight

- Stay updated with derivatives, options, equities, and regulatory norms

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in equity advisory or dealing

- Proven track record in handling HNI/UHNI clients

- Must bring a team of 4-5 members for team leader position

- Excellent knowledge of equity, derivatives, options & cash segment

- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory

- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
