Job Title: Advisor PCG Team Leader (Playing Captain Role)

Role Overview:

- Execute trades and perform order punching across cash, derivatives, and options segments with precision.

- Drive client acquisition and servicing, ensuring strong long-term relationships and high client satisfaction.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 45 advisors (to be brought in by the candidate).

- Ensure team meets performance targets on revenue, AUM, and client onboarding.

- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations, compliance, and service delivery.

- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments to ensure high-quality advisory.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, or investment advisory roles.

- Proven track record in handling HNI/UHNI clients and managing client portfolios.

- Strong hands-on experience in trading and order execution (cash, F&O, derivatives).

- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

- Team handling experience with the ability to bring a team of 45 advisors.

- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory guidelines.
