
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead sourcing strategies, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will support workforce planning, contribute to talent pipeline development, and use data insights to optimize hiring outcomes. Your ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking will be essential in meeting current and future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels and tools to attract diverse and qualified talent
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and market intelligence
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and generate recruitment metrics and reports
- Partner with HR and business teams on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Promote the organization's employer brand across digital and offline platforms
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate or agency setting
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making
