Adventz - Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain end to end supply chain plans to support business objectives

- Lead demand planning and forecasting activities in coordination with sales, marketing, and finance teams

- Create supply plans that balance inventory levels, production capacity, and customer service levels

- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain

- Mitigate risks and manage exceptions related to supply disruptions or demand variability

- Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and prepare relevant reports and insights

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning systems, tools, and processes

- Utilize planning software and ERP systems to generate and maintain accurate data and reports

- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or production planning

- Proficiency in supply planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex planning scenarios

- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and principles including inventory management and capacity planning

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Certification such as APICS CPIM or CSCP is a plus
