Key Responsibilities - Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and drive organizational performance. - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Collaborate with managers to resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines. - Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the timely and effective recruitment of high-caliber candidates. - Facilitate effective onboarding and integration of new hires into the business. - Act as a change agent, supporting the organization through transformation and growth. - Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and talent planning. - Ensure fair and consistent application of HR practices and procedures across departments. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus. - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations. - Proven experience supporting diverse business groups and partnering with senior leaders. - Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively across different organizational levels. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
