Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will serve as the primary design authority for complex enterprise implementations, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and technical execution. You will lead the architectural strategy for large-scale deployments, working closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional development teams to ensure the integrity, scalability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of organizational service management, ensuring that our clients achieve seamless digital transformation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific business objectives.

- Lead the implementation of ITSM, FSM, and CSM modules, overseeing the technical lifecycle from initial discovery to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Provide expert guidance on platform configuration, customization, and integration strategies to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets functional and non-functional needs.

- Mentor development teams by conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Manage technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying ServiceNow ITSM, FSM, and CSM solutions within complex enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders, effectively communicating architectural decisions and project roadmaps.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including advanced scripting, integration with third-party systems, and data modeling.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering robust solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, and Pune.

- A minimum of 8 - 15 years of professional experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a focus on delivering high-value enterprise outcomes.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant ServiceNow certifications.
