
Job Title - Operations Manager
Job Description:
- Ensuring quality output and timely delivery of legal reports
- Cross-collaboration with various stakeholders from the team including but not Limited to like products, legal, and sales.
- Understand end to product functionalities
- Analyse data from multiple legal documents e.g., land ownership documents/ Mortgage deeds
- Accountable for resolving client queries with the least turnaround time
- Hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of junior operations associates
- Set up an end-to-end operations process as per business requirement.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify quality of output
- Conduct regular reviews of team members
- Analysing data and drawing actionable insights

Qualification and experience:
- Any MBA Graduate only.
- Work Experience - 3-5 years
- Prior experience of working in a Fin Tech Lending domain/ Legal Tech would be bonus
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools specifically (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
