Key Responsibilities:

- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, software, data analytics, IT solutions sales to BFSI, with 2+ years in B2B sales.

- Understanding of mortgages and knowledge of loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), business rule engines (BRE), and digital lending solutions.

- Familiarity with consumer and business lending processes and key roles in banks (CIOs, CTOs, etc.).

- Pitch digital lending solutions to senior banking and fintech stakeholders, aligning with their needs.

- Identify, onboard, and engage new marketplace partners for embedded finance.

- Leverage industry knowledge to expand and diversify the partner and lender network.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

- Develop and execute account plans for maximizing partner engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fintech technologies to refine strategies.

- Address and resolve partner-related issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and company reputation.

- Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership on partnership outcomes and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience with SaaS-based platforms and API-driven products is a must.

- Proven track record of working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment.

- Must possess utmost professional qualities, high energy, results-driven, and self motivation. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client information.

- Deep understanding of embedded finance, marketplace dynamics, and the broader fintech ecosystem.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and build lasting relationships.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
