Job Description:

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, quality assurance, and on-time delivery of client deliverables within the legal and financial domain. The role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams, data analysis skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of legal and credit reports.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Product, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

- Develop a deep understanding of product functionalities and operational workflows.

- Analyze data from diverse legal documents such as land ownership records and mortgage deeds to derive actionable insights.

- Oversee client query resolution with a focus on minimizing turnaround time.

- Hire, train, and mentor team members to enhance operational performance.

- Establish and refine end-to-end delivery processes aligned with business goals.

- Track delivery metrics, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Monitor delivery timelines, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.

- Analyze data and operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, process compliance, and consistent delivery standards.
