Job Title : Product Manager.

Experience range: Ideally 8-13 years of overall experience (Candidates with 6+ years of relevant domain expertise and strong skill alignment will also be considered).

Location: Ahmedabad/Pune.

Mode of work: Hybrid.

Department: Technology & Innovation.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Environment: Product Based.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and market launch, focusing on EMR/EHR systems, HIS, and Healthcare IT solutions.

- Drive integration initiatives including HL7, FHIR, API integration, interoperability, and HIPAA compliance for seamless healthcare workflows.

- Conduct market research and generate product requirements aligned with clinical data management, health information management (HIM), and patient data workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PHI, data privacy regulations, and healthcare documentation standards.

- Develop ROI-focused solutions such as Release of Information (ROI), medical records copy services, chart retrieval, and audit request workflows.

- Assess market competition and recommend enhancements for EMR/EHR implementation and healthcare interfaces.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create strategies for product success and market growth.

- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders.

- Recruit, train, and manage the product team, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective workflow management.

- Maintain professional knowledge by staying updated on healthcare IT trends, compliance audits, and interoperability standards.

Education & Experience:

- 8-10 years relevant work experience, including project management experience.

- Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or a field tied to the product's sector (Health tech, finance, etc.) required, master's in engineering or MBA a plus.

- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management tools.

- Prior experience in EMR/EHR implementation, healthcare interfaces, and ROI services is good to have.
