Job Profile: Manager Accounts.

Job Summary:

- Good understanding of accounting functions and processes.

- Excellent analytical skills with Process Analysis and Automation Identification.

- Revenue Data Working Automation/Accounts Payable Automation/Accounts Receivable Automation/Payroll Automation/Expense Management Automation/Data Entry Automation.

- Contribute to the development of best practices for accounting automation.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

- Timely execution and completion of the identified automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

- CA/CPA/masters in accounting & finance or Equivalent.

- Knowledge of US GAAP Preferable.

- Strong Understanding of Accounting & Finance Theory.

Experience:

- Proficiency in Accounting Software NetSuite, Oracle, SQL, Advanced excel.

- Relevant experience in preparation of Financial and Management accounts in a multi-site, decentralized organization.

- Firsthand experience of accounting, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals and volunteers.

- Problem solving ability.

- Strong team player.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good planning and organizational skills.

- Prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
