About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Analyst / Business Analyst who can work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

This role is critical in accelerating execution, supporting product managers, and ensuring seamless delivery across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

- Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable technical specifications (FRDs, BRDs).

- Conduct detailed research and gap analyses to refine requirements and align them with product goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure clarity and feasibility.

Documentation & Technical Writing:

- Create and maintain well-structured documentation including test plans, use cases, wireframes, data dictionaries, and process flows.

- Author epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in ClickUp; continuously groom and maintain the product backlog.

- Prepare FAQs, product guides, and help documentation based on support trends and product insights.

Project Execution & Coordination:

- Work closely with the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements based on business value, complexity, and user impact.

- Serve as an active member of the Scrum team, participating in ceremonies and supporting iterative development.

- Coordinate with Tech Leads and engineering teams to ensure a clear understanding of functional and technical specifications.

- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive timely execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with design, engineering, QA, and business teams to develop and implement solutions aligned with product strategy.

- Use tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, GitHub, and Figma to manage tasks, documentation, and product workflows.

Project Acceleration:

- Act as an execution catalyst for the Product team, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic discovery while you drive operational efficiency and day-to-day execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech or product-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with tools: ClickUp, JIRA, GitHub, Figma.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into executable steps.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
