Role Objective:

We are seeking a results-driven Media Analyst to manage and scale paid social campaigns, primarily on Facebook.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creative execution to deliver profitable outcomes, optimize ad performance, and scale campaigns to high daily spends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and test ad creatives across Facebook and other social platforms.

- Scale winning campaigns to achieve daily spends in the 56 figure range.

- Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize for profitability.

- Ensure all campaigns deliver measurable ROI and align with business goals.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven hands-on experience running Facebook ads (TikTok or other platforms a plus).

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Highly creative, proactive, and focused on delivering results.

- Experience in scaling and managing high-budget campaigns confidently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in ad copywriting and developing engaging short-form creatives.

- Familiarity with performance marketing in finance or similar industries.

- Awareness of social media trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

- Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and related campaign management tools.
